Our Services

Lessons and Training

Students who come to us with their own horse will pay a monthly "Training Fee" that includes 12 lessons per month, as well as training rides, turn-out and grooming. Horse shows are an additional cost.

For students without a horse of their own we have a selection of horses available for private and group lessons. A half hour private evaluation lesson is the first step to placing students in our lesson program.

Lease and Sale Horses

We have several horses available for in house leases, off the property leases & for sale.

Currently available for an In House Lease:

Cyril Proud Bottom: 17 year old Holsteiner gelding. Currently showing in the USHJA Derbies. Happy to do the 2'6" divisions as well.

Currently available for lease/sale:

Living Colours; 5 year old KWPN gelding, recently imported. Currently eligible Baby Greens. Good mover, very correct jump.

Horse Shows

Misfit Farm attends several horse shows throughout the year.

Some of the shows we attend are Winter Equestrian Festival(WEF), World Equestrian Center (Ohio and Ocala), HITS Saugerties, Monmouth County, Gardnertown Farm, Sussex County Fair, Old Salem, Fairfield, Saratoga, Vermont, Kentucky, Capital Challenge, WIHS, National Horse Show, and Harrisburg.
